I have been trying to find a *good* recipe for the crockpot for Thai chicken for about a year, and this one finally does it for me! It is a little thinner than Panang, but the flavor is the same. I serve this over jasmine rice.Submitted by KHARAHLYN

re-entered the slow cooker creamy italian chicken using fat free cream cheese, and removing the rice from the calculations. This way you can enter the chicken and whatever grain you want and have an accurate calorie count. Also added two cans of fresh sweet peas for a vegetable kick. I personally like brown rice, or whole grain / whole wheat pasta.Submitted by RMENDEZ4

The chicken comes out mosit with an amazing Thai peanut taste. The penauts and peanut butter are perfectly complimented with the cool flavorings of the salsa, soy sauce, and lime juice.
