This is a really easy and yummy recipe and worth trying if you like beets but don't really know what to do with them. The meat needs to marinade for at least 4 hrs. Keep this in mind.

Mix all ingrediants except last three. Put into greased cupcake pan then mix last three ingrediants and spoon over top. Bake 15 -20minutes until reach internal temp of 165 F
