Nut free, high protein "cake like" bars.

My kids friends think my kids are eating brownies.

My son was eating about 2 boxes store bought protein/cereal bars per week after school and before sports practice. These are cheaper, more filling and no preservatives

I am a vegetarian and have had a hard time getting enough protein in my daily diet. Each 1oz portion gives 6grams of protein. I found a recipe online and made my own spin off of it. hope you enjoy

Carly Rules...My coworker had an awesome recipe that I wanted to try...but of course had to change it up to lower the fat...since I gain 5 pounds just LOOKING at food...
These work out to be 1.5 WW point per shell or 3 points per serving (2 shells).
