normally I would use fat free chicken stock but didn't have any on hand and had to use bouillon cubes which are MEGA high in sodium. Modify recipe as needed...
Also I usually use boneless skinless chicken breast but didn't have any on hand so made do with drumsticks.

I found this recipe in People Magazine, purported to be a favorite of Jennifer Anniston (if that does it for you:). A tasty way to consume some vegees you might not consider much. I've served this at parties and its a big hit!
