I grew up eating a vegan diet when I was in school (City Temple Jr. Academy) and I love it! I still eat vegan most times, meat is not a MUST all the time with me. I do like seafood. Well...I LOVE Seafood. I feel lighther and feel better. Try it, you will be glad you did! (^_^)
