Cookbook creator says: I use mint leaves in my cabbage rolls, adds a very different taste. This is a recipe that has been in our family for a long time. Take mint leaves rub between palms till fine then sprinkle in meat mixture I do this a couple of times - season to taste. Try it - you'll like it.
