This is my favorite pizza crust recipe. You can make it in matter of minutes. You can double to make a larger or thicker crust. I have also made mini crusts & froze them to use in the toaster oven. I update the amount of water, should have been 1/2 not 1/3. Slowly add water till you have a dough. May need less or more.

If you can find ready-made pizza dough, this comes together really fast. I'm fortunate to live near a Trader Joe's where I can buy freshly made pizza dough that doesn't come in a can.
I also make my own Italian seasoning, using equal parts oregano, marjoram, basil, thyme, rosemary and whatever else you like.

It's delicious!

I worked for months and months to perfect a whole wheat pizza dough, and I think I've finally found it. We love it, love it, love it! This makes enough dough for two large pizzas. We normally use one, freeze the other. To use the frozen one, thaw on the counter and then place in off oven on a pizza pan. Pour a recently boiled kettle of water in a roasting pan under the dough and close the oven. The warm, moist air reproofs the frozen dough.

The onion is puréed so that its flavor carries throughout the biscuits. You can make and freeze the biscuits up to a week ahead. When ready to serve, thaw, wrap in foil, and heat in a 325º oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
