Makes 2- 9x5 loaves. Crunchy topping : 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cp flour, 1 tbsp butter, and 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.Mix and crumble on top of batter before baking. Yummy buts adds unnecessary calories.Submitted by MOMSMESS

This is the perfect nutritious pick-me-up. Leftover shake can be frozen in pop molds or 5 oz paper cups with popsicle sticks.

EDIT: Apologies to any one who read the "whole wheat flour" in the cooking instructions; I merely copied the directions from the aforementioned site and did not edit the instructions to list that you should use the King Arthur Gluten Free Flour.
