Cookbook creator says: My daughter is type 1 diabetic ( since 2yr) so these are a collection of recipes from sparks, DL mag, friend and my own. Some great everyday recipes & there are treats also, these are a healthier option but tend to have more than 10% fat . As my DD is at school I have lots of lunch box fillers.
