I make these & bake in the mini aluminum loaf pans to take on our camping & sailing trips.
Great healthier yet child (& husband, lol!) approved yumminess!
Nutritionals include chocolate chips & raisins.

We had a bumper crop of grape tomatoes this year so I was searching for some recipes to use them up. Found the base of this recipe on & tweaked it to our tastes.
