Truly comfort food! At only 154 calories per serving, 4 grams of fat and 14 and 1/2 carbs per serving, this is a very good substitute for the fast food fried chicken.

My mother gave me this recipe. At first I was scared because I was mixing creamy french dressing with cranberry sauce, but it is so delicious! I serve it over rice and a couple of vegies on the side.
