Fabulous taste and a great way to use left over chicken breast. Low fat - low carbs - low calories - low sodium and a great pork alternative - What more could you ask for?!

Cut back on the bread and use tomato slices instead! Great for brunch and another way to sneak in veggies.

I found the basis for this recipe in a Dieter's cookbook, and tweaked it to make it my own.

This is a sensational sandwich that I had at a trendy little cafe in Michigan, while I was there visiting my family. Now I make it at home for my hubby and our friends for a brunch or for a quick, & interestingly delicious snack!

The night before you intend to make this you need to boil your chicken on med to high for 2 1/2 hours. Let chicken cool and then place in fridge. The next morning you need to take chicken off of the bones. Use your hands this will help you take out all the little bones. Then take the shredded chicken and place in a crock pot or stove to pan. Add Cream of chicken soup(1 large can), and chicken stuffing(1 box). Let cook until chicken hot. Serve with hamburger buns or on pita bread.

Everytime I make these, they are everyone's favourite new treat! No one will be disappointed! I have requests for these all the time.

Both shells and filling can be made ahead and assembled when needed. The shells can be frozen for up to a month, then thawed at room temperature an hour before filling. The filling can be made up to two days before and refrigerated. Heat the filling gently, and serve immediately in the shells.
