In our house we eat a lot of deer. For starters it has way less fat than other meats and it is free because my husband deer hunts. Many people don't like the flavor of deer meat but when you add it with some ground beef you cannot even tell the difference. I did add some vegetables to this but I am running low here at the house and have to run to town for more veggies later this evening.
