I saw Martha Stewart and Kathleen Turner make this delicious and healthy meatloaf. I calculated the WW points for 8 servings and it comes out to 6 points. It has great flavor and makes awesome leftover meatloaf sandwiches.

I usually use ground (or diced up) chicken, but tried it with turkey and it was just as good...so I calculated it using turkey. NOT INCLUDED in the nutritional values, but recommended topping would be a tablespoon of sour cream. It totally makes the dish!

Our new favorite taco salad. I add some spices to the ground turkey when browning. I skip cheese & any other condiments, except for salsa & dressing. The lime dressing is VERY limey - so it's not for everyone, but I love it!

Very yummy pasta dish

I changed this recipe from another one I had and loved. Before it called for chicken, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese. I don't eat chicken anymore & didn't have any feta or sundried tomatoes.

It is really great on a hot day.
