I saw Martha Stewart and Kathleen Turner make this delicious and healthy meatloaf. I calculated the WW points for 8 servings and it comes out to 6 points. I usually use ground (or diced up) chicken, but tried it with turkey and it was just as good...so I calculated it using turkey. NOT INCLUDED in the nutritional values, but recommended topping would be a tablespoon of sour cream. It totally makes the dish!
