These are all my yummy recipes that can be served up in a bowl with a spoon! I love casseroles, but chili, stew/soup and crock pot recipes just warm your soul.

I got this from another lady who used bacon and no broccoli. We love to add veggies to our meals. This is easy because you use frozen chicken breasts!

I saw a recipe for one with cranberries and orange zest or peal and love nuts. I searched for other crockpot recipes and couldn't find exactly what I wanted. I found plenty of pumpkin bread recipes and some that had whole wheat and used cranberries. I adjusted the sugar and this is what I came up with and it tastes pretty good. 1 oz is a small serving but if you pair it with other things for breakfast it's alright, besides the nutritions is great so you can eat more anyway!

My daughter's school had a Fall Fest and needed some chili. I had some sausage and made this recipe. Unfortunately, this delicious recipe got dumped in with all the other chilis and served to the masses :( Oh well, at least I discovered a new recipe!

This is another recipe that started out from the Eat Up Slim Down book. I had some broccoli from my garden and it tasted awesome. I left out the milk and flour base and just used the evaporated skimmed milk and it was delicious. I used to make broccoli cheese soup with cream and cheese, but this tastes so good I probably won't go back. My kids love it, too. It's great with a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings.

My husband and four year old son gobbled this up! It's great on cold winter night. The corn gives it a great yet subtle sweetness and the grilled onions add extra flavor.

I made this chili years before being a Sparker and decided to try it tonight. I used Morning Star Crumbles and extra lean ground beef. I decided to use fresh mushroom for an extra added change as well.

I had apples, she had a recipe, but I didn't want to add 3 C of sugar (for the whole recipe). So, when I cut the recipe in half, I just reduced some of the sugar also. It smells awesome cooking and it is really easy to make!

This is a pretty easy soup to make. It's warm and hearty, too. It only has 5 main ingredients: cabbage, Bob Evans sausage, onions, tomatos and fat free chicken broth. I add pepper to taste. It makes 5 1/3 servings of 1 1/2 cups each.

My five year old daughter helped me create this delicious dish. I had some asparagus and scallops and wanted to make a dish. She suggested a soup. Well, my wheels started turning and here it is! Enjoy!

I found this in a Taste of Home magazine and used turkey sausage and less brown sugar. It's really tasty! I think some sliced potatoes would be good with it, too. (not in the nutritional info)

This hearty soup has beans, ham, pork, tomatoes and green chiles. I had some cabbage that needed to be eaten and so...... I also added a little extra black beans and broth.

This is very tastey and easy. It tastes like it was on the stove all day when you are really just throwing a few things together. It makes 6- 1 1/2 C servings which fills you up!

On the St. Louis Team Joudan gave a recipe she found for White Chicken Chili and this is it. I used yellow corn and white beans and also didn't have lemon pepper so had to improvise. It was a hit with everyone in the family even the 3 1/2 year old who had seconds! Makes 10 1/2 servings of 1 c each.
