These are all my sweet treats. You will find some breakfast items, smoothies, a trifle and, of course, brownies. Some are from others that I have slightly adapted to make my own and some are my own masterminds :)

I bought some fresh peaches on sale and love oatmeal for breakfast for made this delicious breakfast. It's so hearty that I could only eat half. So, it makes two servings. I love the crunchy walnuts and the juicy peaches and raisins.

My husband's Aunt makes this every year. It's delicious but a 2 oz serving is a doozie on the calories so watch out. So, I cut this down to each serving being only 1 oz. This would still be a splurge. Great for making for others though!

I've been making this hearty breakfast for years with my leftover apples. I love the nutty crunch and the sweetness of the apples and raisins. You can adjust the amount of raisins/nuts/apples to your liking, but remember to account for it in the nutrition. Walnuts are a super food so I wouldn't change the type of nut. This makes two servings and with a glass of milk in the morning it will fill you up.

I like to use whole wheat flour in my recipes and this one also has oatmeal, zuccini, yellow squash, walnuts, applesauce and reduced sugar. It tasted great, too. Makes 27 reg muffins or 54 minis.

I found the original recipe in a Taste of home book and did my usual of 1/2 ww flour and 1/2 white, then lowered the sugar and changed the butter to Smart Balance. These aren't too bad.

I saw another user use Cheerios Multi-Grain as their base for a trail mix and decided to make my own mix because I love that cereal. I also calculated this w/out the Chex and adding 2 more cups of O's it comes out to 160 cal, 7.6 fat, 19.3 carbs, 3.7 fiber and 5.3 protein. Each makes about 6 C or 12 servings of 1/2 c each.

I saw this easy recipe on Taste of Home, I think, and since I love chocolate and nuts decide to give it a whirl. I've always wanted to try biscotti. This is really easy to make!

I have been wanting to experiment with fruited chicken salads. This is not a grand slam, but it's alright. It's got a crunch and the sweet and salty that I wanted, but I just can't put my finger on what it needs. Maybe cranberries instead of grapes

I saw needed to use some expiring fresh corn tortillas and got this idea off of another user who made Corn Tortilla Chips with olive oil and salt. I didn't want to use oil and add more fat, so.....hence the water. Makes 6 servings of 6 chips each.
