Goes well with most meats. I usually serve with chicken or fish. I love to use my pressure cooker to cook chicken thighs, strip the meat off the bones after cooked and add the meat to the polenta. I have not figured in the meat for this recipe. Quick and really tasty.Submitted by LITTLELETA

I don't know a kid who doesn't love the combo of cheese and barbecue sauce. This dish is a swap on mac-n-cheese and BBQ chicken that's quick and grown-up approved.
