Surpisingly keeps the flavor of the tuna, but at the same time gives it a bit of a boost. Rice vinegar gives a nice crisp flavor. Great with roasted veggies and some rice pilaf.

I took the ingredients from one of my favorite sandwiches at Arby's and made it light. You could add more mayo to the mix, but I choose to use just enough to preserve the ingredients.
