This is a great way to introduce yourself to tvp, or textured vegetable protein; it has little flavor of its own and takes on the consistancy of ground beef in this recipe. I've fooled many a meat-eater.Submitted by TYDYDSMILE
Modified from "Practical Vegetarian Cookery." Their insane recipe asks for 1 1/4 cups of olive oil. I found 1/2 tbsp. to be sufficient.
