Cranberry & Almond Spinach Leaf Salad
Spinach Leafs
Just a drizzle of light olive oil (just enough to lightly coat leafs)
Couple of squirts of fresh lemon juice
Mix leafs then add slivered almonds and dried cranberries
Then sprinkle with cracked black pepper and sea salt
Enjoy!
