This pie is a holiday staple in my family! My new in-laws beg me to make it for every special occasion. I realize that this is NOT considered healthy, nor is it low-calorie in any way, but I do use some swaps that help lower the fat and calories. If you've gotta have it, at least you can have it a little lighter! Just make sure to practice moderation.

This pie is far from low-fat or low-cal, but is delicious! It's a family recipe from Thanksgivings as a kid. I remember doing it by hand (before electric mixers) with a whisk. Much easier these days! With this recipe, a little bit goes a long way - it is a very rich dessert!

Light cake with a orange burst of flavor. Great on summer afternoons.

This pumpkin roll is not as hard to make as it sounds. It is very rich and very high in calories, however, it is worth it to have on occassion. Be sure to use either canned pumpkin or fresh pumpkin pie pumpkin, cooked down to a puree. DO NOT USE PUMPKIN PIE MIX.
