Cookbook creator says: I can't even pronounce Vichyssoice, and I have no clue what it is, but I have ALWAYS loved soup or any warm, hearty food made with leeks.
I think using chicken stock would be good too, and toss in an onion.

Cookbook creator says: I'm going to give this a shot. There was one time in my life that I had the most delicious stuffed peppers. Unfortunately, the subsequent ones that I've cooked have been soggy disasters. But this recipe had me at "feta cheese."

Cookbook creator says: Awesome. Plus, there are numerous probiotic health benefits of Greek yogurt. I usually spread laughing cow cheese on celery, but this is a good substitute. Google the health benefits of Greek yogurt and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
