Sautee' chicken in sesame oil, soy sauce and seeds.

When chicken is almost fully cooked, add veggies and sautee' just until almost done. (Best when veggies are sort of "al dente")

salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Can be thickened with corn starch, which adds a minimal amount of calories.
