Bake Canadian bacon, if it is raw (as from Gordon's food service) until well cooked. Fry garlic in a dash of butter, adding up to 3 T if required. Add previously cooked and cubed red potatoes and previously cooked green beans. Stir all and saute, salting and peppering, until it's nicely done.
