Steve's Italian Sausage Soup is a man's meal! Lots of flavor and fool proof. Such versitility makes this everyone's favorite. Add what you want and skip the rest!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together banana, sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir in the yogurt (I've used applesauce when out of plain yogurt as well). Stir banana mixture into flour until just combined. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean. Let cool before serving.

My aunt Gwen was a great cook and she kept go-to, quick recipes that were always as good as her spent-all-day-making recipes. This was one of my favorites from her go-to, quick list.

Cookbook creator says: Planning to follow one of the comments: Cut the chicken into strips before coating, wrap in tortillas after cooking for wraps. Include a leaf of romaine, and maybe some more cheese or dressing...(or tomato!)

This recipe is for 3 loaves of bread, 2 for the week and one to freeze. It is meant to be made with a stand mixer, but you don't need one. This has more good fat and fiber than most recipes.

This recipe is best for sandwiches, toast, french toast, dinner rolls, and sub rolls (adjust sizes).

This bread is dense, filling and good for you! You can add some wheat gluten to make it rise a little more and make it a little less dense.
