Chunk the baguette (stale) into half-inch pieces and throw into pot with butter and grated cheese until coated. Add whole can of tomatoes to pot (you can cut up the tomatoes if you like, but you don't have to) and water. Simmer until thick (may not be able to simmer if it turns stew-like). This should be more of a stew than a soup. Yum!

From the Runner's World website, this is a great shake after you exhaust yourself. It is high-calorie and so should be used for high-intensity work outs and not as a snack. The espresso should be caffeinated but doesn't need to be.
