Good basic chili recipe that's quite quick and tasty. Add fat-free sour cream and/or reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar for an even better taste. This is another great recipe to start before heading out for the day, I serve it with rolls or texas toast. One serving is half a breast with a quarter portion of the veggies. Seriously low in fat, calories, sodium - but extremely rich in Protein. Excellent with a side salad and of course, there are sooo many variations you can do with this!
