Adapted from To lower the fat content, substitute tofu for paneer. Serve over brown rice--I have factored in 1/2 cup for each serving, which always leaves me stuffed. This recipe doubles nicely for some leftovers!

I attempted to simplify the naan recipes I've read online in order to use stuff I had on hand. So, this is NOT an authentic naan recipe. My family still thought it was delish though!
