Really good with quinoa, couscous, or brown rice.

You can use chickpeas as well - my gilrls don't like them so I switched to great northern.

I like a lot of curry - use as you like

I do use Chicken broth or Veggie Broth - both are equally good. Of course you should go with the Veggie if your a vegetarian. :) Submitted by MOMRITZ
