This is actually lower in fat and claories than the nutrition info states, as I couldn't find info for drained sundried tomatoes, so this nutirtion info here is assuming you haven't drained them at all. However, the cookbook that the recipe comes from states: 190 cals. 6 grams total fat. From Canadian Livings "Make it Tonight" cookbook.

This is such a fast, simple recipe for rye bread. The bread is airy and the flavor is light. I adapted a recipe from allrecipes.com and I make this bread at least once a week.
