This is a quick, easy, and delicious solution when you have berries that are about to go bad! I used vanilla-flavored almond milk because that's what I had. I would recommend an unflavored, unsweetened almond milk to keep the recipe strictly paleo.

cauliflower based  paleo / primal paella

Paella is a typical Spanish dish, originaly it is with chicken and rabbit , but you can use any ingredient. Here I made one with what I had in the fridge but cooking instuctions are the same for all and also I used cauliflower subst. rice. Spices are standard : tumeric, rosemary, thyme, paprika, zafron ...salt papper.

My sin is butter.. I have chosen to cut out all dairy except in rare cases real butter. I suppose you could make it with Coconut Oil so that it is completely Paleo
