I crave egg nog in my coffee during the holidays. But what you buy at the store has too many carbs for my low carb diet. This recipe is easy to make and is much better than store bought. Warning: It does contain raw eggs.

Egg nog is traditionally made with raw eggs, milk, sugar, and brandy and/or bourbon and/or rum. Some egg nog recipes have lots of alcohol in them - if you want one of those, add more! I think egg nog tastes great with no alcohol at all. Happily, egg nog is one of those recipes that is easy to convert to be low-carb or sugar-free. (from ABOUT .com
