Obviously, I like to eat - otherwise I would not be counting calories. So I thought I would write down some of my personal recipes. No calorie counting in mind - just the recipes. Modify to suit your needs. I am approaching the calorie thing by just not going over my allotment for the day. Enjoy.

Never heard of this before I visited Belgium in 2009. Friends cooked it for me and I just had to have the recipe to share.

This recipe was inspired by John Campbell who has a great recipe for lasagne. I modified it to my taste and thinned it to use with pasta. It is a large recipe and is meant to be used with an entire pound of pasta. I set the servings at 10 but it can easily go further.

I grew up in an Italian household and this is the closest I have seen to Grandma's sauce. Enjoy.
