1. Grate fresh ginger and stir fry in oil. Remove from pan and set aside draining on paper towels.
2. Fry chicken into strips until cooked.
3. Add broccoli with orange juice and soy sauce and cook until tender.
4. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to pan. Cook until liquid is thickened.
5. Add orange slices.
