Grandma Toni's down home egg bake
I used Publix mild sausage. It's ingredients: Pork, 2% or less of following: salt, spices, dextrose, sugar, flavorings.
2 carbs a serving.
Gluten free, nut free, seafood free, low carb, high fat.

Lots of fiber. Gluten, nut, sugar free. My son was so excited to have bread back after we went gluten free. I think it tastes ok, never was big on bread.

Seems a bit rich, I might need to modify.
I use powdered whole eggs to avoid nasty bacteria.
Easy snack. 8 carbs a serving.
Gluten, nut, seafood free, low carb.
