Low(er) sodium meatloaf. This recipe is using a 93/7 mixture of ground beef. 1 serving will be approx 5 ounces of cooked product.

I am using a low sodium bread crumb, Panko or crumbs under the Wies brand are good choices, 10-15 mg sodium per 2 tbs so 1/2 cup works out to 40 -75 mg sodium added to the recipe. Submitted by BANDITDAN

If you haven't checked out Don's www.megaheart.com website or his book, he is a great resource for very low sodium recipes. I made a batch of these last weekend and they are very good. They stay nice and crispy and have a nice sour, dill flavor that goes well with burgers or other sandwiches
