Vegetarian Indian DishSubmitted by NEWSTAMPINADDIC
Instead of a whole pie, try making bite-size tarts. The diminutive desserts cook quicker and are automatically portion controlled. Plus, they're easier to make for a crowd, and there's no need for a fork and plate.

Recipe for my granddaughter.
Heart Healthy & Bone Healthy for me.
Could change the milk to skimmed for lower fat.
2 servings according to the box.
I am calculating as 4 servings. [Children & Grandma's should have smaller servings.]
Can make evening before, store in refrigerator, then heat in microwave. When serving, pour a little milk over it as it will be dry.
Serve with berries, raisins, or dried cranberries.

Don't let the list of ingredients slow you down! This delicious nutty muffin has no added sugar or oils. Sweetened with Splenda, vanila yogurt and applesauce. Toasted pecans and almond extract help give it a sweet nutty taste. Submitted by CHERYLLEEM
Adapted from a This Food That Wine episode, these are yummy, crispy and peppery chicken nuggets skewered like lollipops for easy dipping and eating! They paired these with a ginger-peach sauce but a plum or Oriental cherry sauce would be equally delicious!Submitted by JO_JO_BA
Lovely thick apple butter for everything from toast to ice cream to pork chops! It's not as smooth or rich as apple butter made with brown sugar, but for being made with Splenda, and so low calorie, it's fantastic! Submitted by CHEFNATTY
This started with a recipe I saw somewhere and made over to suit me. It is a great afternoon or evening snack or dessert. I suppose it could also be used for breakfast. Very filling. I make it up and split between my husband and myself.Submitted by GREATNANA
