Cookbook creator says: I tried this recipe, and I liked it a lot. It's a good way to make green beans more interesting. I used yellow onions because I didn't have red ones, and it was very good. I think next time, I'll cook some mushrooms in it too.

This is how I make my favorite chili. Like all chili, it's even better reheated. Sometimes I also add canned tomatoes and top with shredded cheese, but that's not calculated into the recipe.
