Low- fat comfort food for a crowd...couldn't find fat free cheddar cheese on the list, so this is far less fat than the calculator says. Makes a double batch that nearly fills a 6-quart crock pot liner. Serve one batch for family dinner, freeze the rest for later, or serve 12 now with leftovers! Any crisp veggie to add color and texture works great, whatever is in season!
