I had some left over nuts from baking, so I thought I would throw together a little trail mix. This make a perfect 10 servings at 1/4 cup each.

I love granola! Nothing better then high protein and high fiber! It's so good on warm apples, yogurt, as cereal and just by the handful! It's fun and so easy to make. You can substitute the nuts, dried fruit and even add chocolate chips when the granola is cooled. Whatver your fancy is!

I had a bag of Blueberry Muesli from trader Joe's and I tried it in milk and didn't care for it, so I had to think what could I create with it? After reading the ingredients, i saw apple was in it, so I thought, hmmm, apples = maple granola. This smells so good and is nice and crunchy!!

The Banana in this recipe makes it! It'scrunchy, not as clumpy as I wish it would be, but it is sooooo good!! Even I'm impressed with myself on this one!!! If you truly like a banana taste, I'd omit the apple sauce and add more banana. Next will be Banana Nut Granola! Yum!!! Stay tuned...

I got this recipe from Brown Eye baker! I have been trying to create a crunchy granola bar and I finally did!! It's so good, now that you have the basic recipe, you can other goodies to it!

Needed a change with lunch, this will give you energy and help with your muscles with all the potassium. This is great bar to take on hikes. These bars are soft and normal recipe calls for 12, but I got 24 of them by cutting the bars to normal brownie size bar. Top these bad boys with peanut butter and you got heaven!! I got this recipe from Family Fresh Cooking.
