Healthy smoothie with orange, pineapple, melon, and 100% real pineapple juice.

I'm using this as meal replacement for a weight lost surgery diet. So I also add whey protein powder. For me serving sizes are 1 cup portions, and I add 1 scoop of powder per 1 cup of smoothie.
