This is a good protein bar to have for breakfast or before a workout. I know the calories are a bit high, but has lots of "good for you" ingredients and a good meal replacer. This was just an experiment to make a high protein bar at home using ingredients that I had on hand. I think they turned out pretty tasty, but let me know what you think! Submitted by I-AM-ANGIE-B
This receipe could also be made with vanilla pudding and protein powder.
Adding coconut would be tasty or even craisins and or your favorite nut. Can also leave off chocolate to lower calories.
