This recipe reminds me of chicken enchilada's I use to make with sour cream. So you can take this recipe and add tortillas to it and make chicken enchilada's right out of the slow cooker! We ate this over rice and it was yummy. The salsa verde added just the right spice. This recipe is large because I like to cook for the week.
