Cookbook creator says: Even though this recipe has brown rice in it, the whole loaf only has two of the three allowed daily servings of high fiber carbs, so it's still pretty Sugar Buster's friendly. I think I'll have to find a yummy mashed cauliflower recipe to serve this with!
