A light Marinated Italian Salad. This is Zone balanced for a complete meal or snack. Microwave the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for three minutes or so depending on your preference and blanch in ice water to maintain crispness.

Time to Pick a Bone
You can make a good ham and bean soup using just cubes of ham alone, but to get the best flavor you should use a ham bone. You can get your ham bone from the butcher, since they will often give them away or sell them very cheaply, or you can use a leftover bone from a ham that you have served for dinner.
If you are making a ham for dinner, then any leftover ham can be used in the soup as well. In fact, the best ham and bean soup recipes use both ham bones as well as cubes of ham.

BTW -- if you are in the induction phase of Atkins, count each teaspoon of Frank's Red Hot (24 tsps) as 1/2 of a carb.
So, all told, this recipe would count as approximately 13 carbs for 4 pounds of wings.
That's only 3 carbs per serving (about 10 wings).

Put wet ingredients into bread machine first, then add dry ingredients ending with the yeast. Process on roll setting. Depending on climate conditions, you may have to add a couple of tablespoons of water or flour. When cycle is complete place dough into bread pan, letting it raise to fill the pan.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until temperature in center of the loaf exceeds 200 degrees. Submitted by HPSANDDOLLAR
This is a modified version of a recipe on allrecipes.com that I enjoy greatly and that gives you a lot of protein, a lot of taste, and very few calories. You could make it much faster and easier with pre-prepared chicken breast, first sauteed with the onions and garlic in olive oil. You would increase the amount of broth by 1/2 cup or so and wouldn't use water in that scenario. Submitted by TISHARAY
