serve these as a side dish with a nicve indian curry, or lentil dal for dinner, with a large salad for lunch, or leftover with fruit preserves for breakfast the day after making them. They are very simple, but very good.

I was trying to make a "cleaner" version of cornbread to go w/ our chili dinner and used what I had on hand. I am sure you could reduce the honey and save some calories that way. Since this was my first experiment, this is how I did it. This was the BEST corn bread I have EVER made!
