My DD6 is not a big breakfast eater. Most morning I can get her to eat only a piece of fruit. I threw this together to get her through the mid morning munchies.

I got this recipe out of the biggest loser cookbook and it is called Dari's Picante Chicken in the book. I have made it for many of my friends and family and it is always a hit! Plus it is SO easy... and everyone likes an easy and yummy dinner!

we usually can our own salmon here in alaska but you can use store bought canned i am sure its just as good. We love salmon patties usually eat this with brown rice and green been salad.

Here is a dip that is quick and VERY easy to make. I got this recipe from my husbands grandma, I just switched from full fat ingredients to lower fat versions. This receipe make a HUGE amount. It keeps well in the fridge. 1 Serving is 1 Tbsp
