This is a great way to use roast left overs as well - I have added the roast beef cut up, left over mashed potatoes and like to save the gravy(I freeze it) but this is the basic recipe using good ol ground beef.

This is a variation of the lemony garlic chicken. I didn't have chicken breast, so I used skinless thighs. I didn't have bouillon, so I used cream of chicken soup. And i added a topping of low sodium stuffing. It is AWESOME!!!

These take a little time to make, but so worth it. Moist and heavy. Can freeze and rewarm as needed. Great with Thanksgiving meal.
