This is my favorite breakfast, I'm addicted to it! You will feel surprisingly full for a long time. Also makes a great snack any time.

Split the recipe in two, you have a perfect dessert... for only 140 calories...

Don't be scared of the cinnamon, it really brings out the flavour.
