Cookbook creator says: This recipe is good. I don't use the mayonnaise, but add another 1/2 Tbl of oil. I also line a cookie sheet and spray with pam before placing patties on the cookie sheet and then coat the tops with pam. I bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes, turn them over and bake for an additional 20 min.

it's a cheap lunch that travels well, I like salmon better then tuna because the taste & smell are not as strong

These are made with chick peas and are served with a yummy cucumber yogurt sauce. Only 135 calories per patty and 13 carbs.

This is a very low carb, easy, tasty sandwich stuffer. NOT low fat, so please don't comment about that - we low carbers do not avoid fat, we embrace it! :-) Try it on my recipe (listed on spark) for flax sandwich rolls with lettuce, tomato, and a slice of onion.
